In the global smartphone market, Nokia seems to really want to show the lighting again. After releasing Nokia 7.1several weeks ago , now the smartphone brand under the control of HMD Global has released Nokia 3.1 Plus . It’s just that this smartphone is only available on the Indian market.
Coming as an Android One that is entry-level, Nokia 3.1 Plus has a 6.0-inch screen. Carrying the appendix “Plus” this smartphone also has rear dual-camera support, fingerprint scanner, and of course battery support that is bigger than Nokia 3.1.
This smartphone screen has an 18: 9 aspect ratio and the resolution is still HD +. However, the screen size is slightly larger than the Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 5.1 Plus. This smartphone also comes without bangs at the top of the screen. Yes! Something different offered by HMD.
On the back is a dual-camera that has a 13 MP configuration with an f / 2.0 aperture and incorporates a 5 MP lens depth sensor. To create bokeh photos, of course, more than you can. There is also a fingerprint reader that is placed under the dual-camera.
As for the front, HMD inserts a selfie-camera that has an 8 MP resolution. This smartphone comes with a Helio P22 chipset from MediaTek. The 8 Cortex-A53 processor cores are higher than those in the Nokia 3.1 body.
RAM and internal storage capacity are the same. 2GB RAM is paired with 16GB of storage, while 3GB RAM is paired with 32GB of storage. This smartphone is also still equipped with a microSD slot that can hold data up to 400 GB.
Running with pure Oreo Android operating system, this smartphone body is built from aluminum which is combined with die-cast metal to increase durability. The surface has a matte coating and is available in three colors, namely Blue, Baltic and White.
The Helio P22 chipset produced with 12 nm process technology is significantly more power efficient than the 28nm chip in the “non-Plus” model. Combined with a capacity of 3,500 mAh, HMD promises a lifetime of up to 2 days. Unfortunately, it still uses a microUSB port.
In the Indian market, HMD markets Nokia 3.1 with a price of INR 11,500 or around Rp 2.3 million . Unfortunately, HMD has not reported further, whether this smartphone will also be available outside India or not. So, we just wait for the continuation.
