Miniforum has made two new additions to its collection of mini computer systems This week in the form of TH60 And the TH80 Both are powered by Intel Tiger Lake H45 generation chips. Providing multipurpose mini PCs designed for a variety of solutions from the home desktop, media center, digital signage, and even gaming. Ports in mini PCs include RJ45 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port x 1, USB3.2 Gen1 Type-A port x 1, USB3.2 Gen2 Type-A port x 4, USB Type-C port x 1, HDMI port x 1, DisplayPort x 1, Clear CMOS x 1, MIC IN Jack x 1, Headphone Jack x 1, 3.5 mm combo Jack x 1.

The TH60 is equipped with an i5-11400H CPU, which is a hexa-core mid-range SOC. It has 6 cores / 12 threads. Can be boosted up to 4.50 GHz. The CPU provides 12MB of Level 3 cache and supports DDR4-3200 memory. The iGPU that came with the chip is an enhanced version of the Xe graphics card called UHD Graphics. It has a graphics frequency of 1.45 GHz.

While the TH80 offers slightly more power than the TH60 display and the updated version is equipped with an Intel i7-11800H Octa-Core SoC that provides users with 8 cores / 16 threads and a boost of up to 4.60GHz. The processor also offers 24MB of Level 3 cache, supports DDR4-3200 memory and features UHD graphics at a graphics frequency of 1.45GHz.

The body of both devices is only 18.2 cm long, 17.7 cm wide and 3.6 cm high. It supports up to 64GB of dual-channel DDR4 memory. Both have one M.2 2280 PCIe 4.0 slot and one PCIe 3.0 slot. They can support up to 3 displays at the same time using one HDMI port, DisplayPort and USB-C port. If customers buy it with 256GB or 512GB storage, it will come preinstalled with Windows 11 Pro. A 19V power adapter is included in the package. “
