Xiaomi is currently recorded as one of the smartphone manufacturers from China that has successfully marketed its devices in India. In fact, Xiaomi is always ranked top in marketing some of the latest smartphone series that it introduced.

Confident with the success achieved, Xiaomi also dared to spawn a new sub-brand in the Indian market and we know it as Poco . It is estimated that the first smartphone from Poco, namely Poco F1 will be present in New Delhi on August 22, 2018 .

One interesting thing, Poco F1 is said to be packed with Snapdragon 845 chipset support , 6 GB RAM and 64 GB ofinternal storage . In addition, dual-camera support will also adorn this smartphone and plus the support of a 4,000 mAh battery.

In fact, the company led by Lei Jun itself has a premium device that is also supported by the Snapdragon 845 chipset, namely Xiaomi Mi 8 . Reportedly, this smartphone will also be marketed in India.

The question will arise, what kind of strategy will be carried out by Xiaomi so Poco F1 will not “interfere” with Xiaomi Mi 8 sales? Of course, Xiaomi must think hard so that both of these smartphones are still in demand by consumers in India.

Although still a rumor, Poco F1 is expected to be sold at a more affordable price. While the Mi 8 that entered India is estimated to have a 6 GB and 8 GB RAM model and storage options with a capacity of 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB .

It is estimated, the lowest Mi 8 variant will be sold for around US $ 410 or equivalent to Rp6 million and the highest variant is around US $ 499 or equivalent to Rp7.2 million . That is, if Poco F1 will be sold at an affordable price, they must market this smartphone below the lowest selling price of the Mi 8 variant.

Can Xiaomi fight itself on the Indian market? Of course the breakthrough that will be carried out by Xiaomi and Poco will surely continue to be awaited by many gadget lovers. Successfully or not, we can only see it starting on August 22, 2018. It is not like that?
