Benchmark Tested, AnTuTu Honor Magic 2 Score Melempem

Honor which is a sub-brand from Huawei will introduce Magic 2 Honor on October 31, 2018. Two variants that will be sold in China that have the TNY-AL00 and TNY-TL00 model numbers have also been approved by TENAA and now the main specifications appear on the Geekbench site .

As written on the Geekbench website, the Magic 2 Honor will come with an Octa-core processor with a 1.8 GHz clock speed. Although the name of the processor is not clearly stated, TENAA revealed that this smartphone will be driven by the Kirin 980 chipset .

Furthermore, the installed SoC will be combined with 8GB of RAM. In addition, this is the first smartphone made by Honor that will arrive with the Android 9 Pie operating system. It was noted, in the single-core test the score achieved was 3,316 points and multi-core testing reached 9,534 points.

Honor Magic 2 Geekbench

From the TENAA list, Magic 2 is likely to also have 6 GB of RAM paired with 128 GB of internal storage. While the 8 GB RAM variant recorded on Geekbench will be juxtaposed with an internal storage capacity of 256 GB.

While on the AnTuTu Benchmark test, the score that was honored by Honor Magic 2 turned out to be quite disappointing. This smartphone only scores 248 thousand points , far below the score of smartphones with Snapdragon 845 processors that can reach 300 thousand points.

Then, what is the screen size like? As revealed by several leaks that flowed heavily on the internet, Magic 2 will have an AMOLED screen measuring 6.39 inches FullHD +. This smartphone also comes with a slider design similar to the Mi MIX 3 that was recently introduced by Xiaomi.


In dimensions, the Magic 2 Honor has a size of 157.32 x 75.13 x 8.3 mm and weighs around 209 grams. This smartphone will also come with a battery with a capacity of 3,400 mAh . There will be three rear cameras pinned, namely with a 16 MP + 24 MP + 16 MP configuration .

Meanwhile for the front, Honor will place a self-camera with a resolution of 16 MP paired with two ToF sensors. Well! To display this selfie camera, Honor inserts a slider system.

Some other interesting features that are also embedded by Honor into Magic 2 are 3D face scanners for face unlock, fingerprint sensors on the screen and of course super fast battery charging. Mentioned, Magic 2 will come in a choice of color gradations Black, Blue, Red and Silver .
