Next week Honor will release another new smartphone, Honor Magic 2 . No need to wait that long to find out some of the specifications of the smartphone. The reason is, at TENAA there are two device models that are thought to be Honor Magic 2.

The two models that appear have the TNY-AL00 Honor code and the TNY-TL00 Honor. The difference between the two models is the configuration of RAM and embedded internal storage. The Honor Magic 2 is said to be packed with a 6.39 inch FullHD + AMOLED screen.

Unfortunately, TENAA has not provided any images. However, one of the selling points of this smartphone is the chipset support that will be embedded, namely Kirin 980 Octa-core with a 2.6 GHz clock speed.

Mentioned, the TNY-TL00 model will be equipped with 128 GB of RAM + ROM 128 GB, while TNY-AL00 will have two variants, namely 6 GB RAM + 128 GB ROM and 8 GB + 256 GB RAM. Just like Huawei Mate 20, Magic 2 will also come with the support of three rear cameras.

The difference is, the three rear cameras in Honor Magic 2 do not carry the LEICA brand. The configuration is 16 MP + 24 MP + 16 MP . The surprise didn’t just stop there, Honor also provided Magic 2 with three front cameras.

If this information is valid, of course Honor Magic 2 will be the first smartphone to have six cameras. Then, what kind of configuration for the three front cameras that will be pinned by Honor? Mentioned, the front camera configuration is 16 MP which is paired with a 20 MP + 2 MP sensor .

The tweet posted by Huawei Club on Twitter said that the last two front cameras mentioned were 3D TOF (Time of Light) lenses. Yes! As we know, TOF technology will be used for 3D face mapping related to face unlock, gesture control, AR and Mixed Reality features.

TENAA also confirmed that Honor Magic 2 will have a fingerprint scanner on the screen. Just like the latest OnePlus 6T and iPhone, this Honor-made smartphone isn’t equipped with a 3.5mm audio jack.

Another guess, the Honor Magic 2 will run with the Android 9 Pie operating system and has the support of a 3,400 mAh battery. In addition, this smartphone will likely also have 40W fast charging support. Is that really all? Let’s wait
