Samsung Soon Announces Exynos 9820, Brain of the Galaxy S10

In the Samsung smartphone market it will likely continue to surprise. As we have seen, Samsung kicked off the global smartphone market by introducing the Galaxy A9 (2018) equipped with four rear cameras.

Yes! That is the first smartphone that came and made by Samsung to simultaneously enliven the industry of “mobile photography”. Not only that, the South Korean electronics giant recently showed a prototype of its flexible screen folding smartphone.

Rumors circulated, Samsung will officially release its flexible screen folding smartphone which is said to be the Galaxy Fat the beginning of next year. At the same time, Samsung will also release the Galaxy S10 which will launch early next year.

Well! Related to the presence of the Galaxy S10, Samsung has also prepared the “brain” of its premium smartphone. Yes! Samsung in the near future, precisely on November 14, 2018 will reveal the latest homemade chipset that is likely to arrive with the name Exynos 9820 .

Rumors have previously said that the latest chipset made by Samsung will have NPU Dual-core support and Octa-core CPUs that will be divided into tri-cluster affair. This chipset itself will support 2 core Mongoose M4, 2 ARM Cortex-A76 cores and 4 ARM Cortex-A55 cores.

Other leaks also mention that the Exynos 9820 will be produced using a 7 nanometer UEV process which is Samsung’s innovation. This chipset is also predicted to be more efficient in using power up to 50 percent and its performance there is an increase of up to 20 percent.

One interesting thing, it is estimated that Samsung will also embed a 5G modem into this new chipset. Later, the 5G modem that was loaded was also developed by Samsung (Exynos 5100) and that means, the Galaxy S10 will indeed be prepared as a smartphone that already supports 5G networks.
