Cherry-pick of #25477 to
release/2.33.Roo Code has been sunset and the VS Code extension was shut down. This PR removes the Roo Code AI Gateway client docs and related mentions from the v2.33 release branch.
Conflict resolution
The
docs/ai-coder/ai-gateway/clients/roo-code.mdfile onrelease/2.33differs slightly frommain(no[!NOTE]block about the AI Governance Add-On requirement). Resolved by deleting the file, which matches the intent of the cherry-picked commit.(cherry picked from commit 3c9c8c7)
