Picks up the fix for
git-pkgs update <package>on uv projects, which previously emitteduv sync --upgrade <pkg>(upgrades everything) instead ofuv sync --upgrade-package <pkg>. Also brings in the newsuppresses_default_flagsarg option in the definition schema.See git-pkgs/managers#21.
