Service retirement
Publications router will retire on 1 July 2026. The service will continue to operate as normal and with the highest standard of support until then. Retiring this service allows us to prioritise resources to meet the needs of the sector.

Publications Router code is now open source
Our latest blog post announces the release of Publications Router source code into the public domain.
Populating repositories automatically
Publications Router gathers information from content providers such as publishers and passes it on to institutions to help them capture their research articles onto their systems, such as their repositories or CRISs. The service is used by institutions that have full Jisc HE membership and compatible systems.
