  • Everyone is talking about how AI is going to change the world, but the reality inside most workplaces is very different 👩🏻💻 Procuring a new tool is easy. Using it to rebuild a workflow is where it gets tough. So if companies drop new AI tools onto their teams without proper training, only a handful of people figure it out. The rest get left behind. If we want a stronger economy, we have to fix that gap 📈 This is where the AI adoption layer comes in. It’s the bridge between buying software and actually building the skills to use it. True transformation happens when you give the people closest to the actual problems – the construction managers, the retail workers, and the frontline staff – the practical skills to redesign their own daily work. Innovation at scale requires a constant commitment to quality and accountability. We’ve proud to have pioneered new ways of learning in response to today’s workforce needs. We didn't set out to be a boutique provider, but to solve the UK’s productivity challenge by delivering high-impact skills to more than 30,000 learners to date. Today, our latest Ofsted report has been published. We’re proud of the strengths inspectors highlighted: ✅ The quality of our coaching and technical instruction ✅ The achievements of our apprentices, who gain promotions and drive measurable productivity for their employers - regardless of background or barriers to learning ✅ Our AI innovation, noting how our proprietary tools drive genuine value However, a commitment to excellence also means being honest about where we need to evolve. Ofsted identified areas where we must pay more attention - for instance, by formalising career guidance for our more experienced learners. We’re responding with rigour and speed and look forward to inviting Ofsted back for a re-inspection at the earliest opportunity. Our mission remains clear: ensuring that in the AI era, no one is left behind. Read more on our blog at the link in comments.

  • Delivering world-class public services requires a new kind of technical mastery. We're helping frontline teams master the skills they need to meet that challenge 🚓 We’ve just launched an AI pilot with Staffordshire Police, giving them the skills to build the force of the future. This is about turning frontline staff into technical architects who can automate the administrative weight that all too often slows down public services. The goal is simple: total operational agility. By mastering AI in a secure, applied framework, our learners are moving from legacy paperwork to sophisticated, data-driven workflows. It’s the ultimate productivity hack for the public sector. Whether they’re deploying custom tools for complex case management or streamlining daily communications, they’re proving that AI’s real value is in amplifying human expertise. Staffordshire Police is setting the pace for AI-adoption across public services and proving that the most effective force is one that’s digitally empowered from the inside out.

  • We’re in the Barclays Eagle Labs AI:100! Our inclusion in the inaugural list is an incredible milestone for our team, and a direct reflection of the progress we are making to build a more productive economy 💪 While much has been said about frontier models and AI applications, our spot on this list validates the massive momentum behind the crucial third layer of the stack: the AI adoption layer. Our ambition is to connect powerful AI tools to real-world outcomes, through people. And that’s why we’re scaling a workforce-level solution to fix a workforce-level problem – embedding learning on the job and giving people the practical skills to turbocharge their careers. The next decade will be won by the organisations that harness the power of AI. We’re excited to be leading that charge alongside the vanguard of British tech 🇬🇧

  • We raised $70M to build Europe's AI adoption platform, and the support behind the funding shows a massive consensus: the future of AI isn't just about the technology you buy, it’s about the human infrastructure you build 🇪🇺🎯 Chancellor Rt Hon Rachel Reeves and AI Minister Kanishka Narayan MP have highlighted how workforce upskilling is essential to driving G7-leading AI adoption and converting tech potential into transformative economic growth. But the ultimate validation comes from our community. Our partners aren't just cheering from the sidelines, they’re actively building the future. Leaders at Babcock International Group, The AA, Capita, and Addison Lee are seeing their own teams deliver immediate, tangible results through on-the-job training. From the policymakers to the country’s biggest employers, the consensus is absolute: true AI transformation starts with people. Swipe to see what the government and Europe's biggest employers are saying about the future of AI adoption ➡️

  • Big news for the workforce of the future: we’ve raised $70 million in strategic funding, at an increased valuation of $2.1 billion. The raise was led by Schroders Capital, with renewed participation from General Catalyst, Lightspeed, Index Ventures, BOND, and StepStone Group. This investment will accelerate our expansion across Europe, with the goal of ensuring that AI benefits the workforce, rather than displacing it. Around the world, businesses are pouring billions into technology while productivity remains stagnant. The missing piece of the productivity puzzle isn't more software, but the human infrastructure required to actually deploy it. In partnership with our customers from Babcock International Group to The AA, we’re proving that the greatest value of AI lies in expanding human capability, not replacing it. That’s what we’re building: the AI adoption layer to bridge the gap between the tech’s potential and real-world economic growth. For all of Europe. Let’s get to work 🤝

  • We’ve all heard the hype: AI is the great equaliser. But our data found that it’s currently doing the exact opposite. The reality? Most companies are treating AI upskilling like a generic software update – something you download, install, and hope for the best. But a one-size-fits-all approach is a recipe for stagnation. Our research reveals a massive 30% seniority divide in AI adoption. While over half of mid-level managers are using AI on a daily basis, only 21% of junior employees are doing the same 📉 This gap creates a productivity bottleneck at the top and is leaving the next generation of talent behind. When you leave adoption to chance, you don't get innovation – you get a workforce that is fundamentally out of sync. To win, businesses must move beyond informal experimentation and architect a coordinated strategy to embed technical mastery into every role, from entry-level to the boardroom ⚡️ We’re here to help you build the human infrastructure required to turn AI potential into measurable productivity. Equip your team to lead the charge. Learn more about our AI programmes now: https://lnkd.in/egi6AgQB

The era of hiring for where you studied is ending. The era of hiring for what you can build is here 🤝 Employers have realised that a university degree doesn’t guarantee workplace readiness. What matters now is having skills that drive impact and the ability to adapt at the pace of industry. Jessica Andréa Santos Carvalho is the proof. The day before her marketing degree was set to begin, she walked away. Her gut told her that massive debt and three more years in a classroom made no sense when she could be building her career instead. She wanted financial freedom, and she found it through a Multiverse apprenticeship ⚡️ While her peers were stuck in lectures, Jessica was already delivering results at Zenith. She didn’t just bypass student debt, she jumped the queue. At 21, she is a Global Senior Account Executive, training the very graduates who are only just entering the workforce. Jessica is the blueprint for a new generation of talent.
