Hi, Weiqi here!

About Me

I’m a first-year CS PhD at Beijing Institute of Technology, lucky to be advised by Prof. Wei Liang. Before that, I received my B.E. from School of Software, Dalian University of Technology.

My research focuses on embodied navigation. I’m passionate about developing algorithms that give robots a human-like understanding of 3D space for intelligent navigation. I’m also fascinated by how the human brain builds and recalls cognitive maps to form our sense of space — a mystery I hope science will one day uncover.
