Apple released a number of new betas this week, including watchOS 9 Beta 7 for the Apple Watch, iOS 16 beta 7, iPadOS 16.1 beta 1 and more.

The video below from Half Man Half Tech gives us a look at the new watchOS 9 beta 7 software in action and the new changes and features that are coming to the Apple Watch.
WatchOS 7 will bring a bunch of new features to the Apple Watch, including some new sleep tracking features that are more comprehensive than the current ones. This will include the ability to track deep sleep, basic sleep, rapid eye movement sleep, and more.
There’s also a bunch of new fitness tracking features coming to the Apple Watch, including new workouts for triathlons, swimming, running and more, and there will also be support for streaming to third-party TVs.
We expect Apple watchOS 7 to release sometime in September along with the new Apple Watch, and there will be two Apple Watch models this year. Apple Watch Series 8 and the new Apple Watch Pro. The new beta version of watchOS 9 is now available for developers to try, and you can find out more details on the Apple website.
