Emma Street shared thisFantastic day with the team onsite this week!Emma Street shared thisA brilliant day onsite with Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd supporting the rollout of Microsoft Copilot Chat to thousands of users across the organisation. It’s always rewarding to be part of moments like this, where technology meets real engagement. The turnout, the energy, and the conversations throughout the day made it clear just how much momentum there is behind this launch! A special thank you to Steve O'Connor and Hayley Stacey for the invitation and for making the day such a success. As Hayley said: “Thanks all for today, really good turnout, so good to see people come straight down with their questions. It was really positive to see.” Proud to be working alongside such a prestigious brand and supporting Aston Martin as they bring Copilot into the flow of work at scale. Also great to be joined by Emma Street and Annabel Mair from Microsoft; fantastic to collaborate and deliver this together. An awesome day all round 🏎️ Microsoft, Microsoft AI, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, Microsoft 365 | #CPSInsights #GrowWithCPS #MicrosoftCopilot #AI #DigitalTransformation #FutureOfWork #AstonMartin

Emma Street reposted thisEmma Street reposted thisAs FIFA’s World Cup lands on American soil in July, the final is about to become a pivotal point for global sports entertainment. There’s a part of me that’s here for it, but there’s a fine, fine line between taking inspiration from the NFL and keeping the soul of the game intact. How are brands going to show up over the tournament? What ripple effects does it have on club level football? Whether the opportunity excites or challenges you, I'd love a good debate. Emma Street shared thisA customer visit this week. I did ask for a trial run of this car worth £2.5M, of which there are only 24 in circulation. Naturally, I was rejected. To be honest - I would not authorise such a dangerous driver in their car either 😆

Emma Street shared thisAppreciate your support BusinessCloud!Emma Street shared thisOne of the stars of the latest series of The Apprentice has landed a role at Microsoft. Emma Street made it to week eight of the hit BBC show before being fired by Lord Sugar. Street, who dropped out of university at 19 after securing a prestigious apprenticeship at tech consultancy Capgemini, has started a new job as customer success account manager at Microsoft. In other news, her fellow candidate Keir Shave has predicted his telemarketing company Parallel Partnerships Ltd will be at 80 staff by Q2. The Leeds-based startup, which specialises in lead generation, has already recruited seven new starters this year. Read the full story here https://lnkd.in/eDxKMNgU

Emma Street shared thisI’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially joined Microsoft as a Customer Success Account Manager. It’s been a fantastic start already — from an engaging onboarding day in Paddington to a warm welcome at the Reading HQ where I had the chance to meet even more of the team. I’m really looking forward to working with our customers, helping them unlock value, and being part of such an inspiring organisation. Grateful for the opportunity and excited for what’s ahead! 💙 #Microsoft #CustomerSuccess #NewRole #Onboarding #ExcitedForTheFuture

Emma Street shared thisEP7 kids banking!! I was in the app team, and here were my concerns on diverting from the morning team brief… 👀 “do you think that is mythical enough?” 🤭 😆 Thankfully the brand was kept wide from the sub team so it could fit anything our app team developed ❤️ 💥 We have fun in the app studio room for day 1… even if it was EXTREMELY hot in there 🥵 #bbc #theapprentice #lordsugar #lordalansugar #theapprenticeuk #presentingemma #emmastreet #apprentice2025 #presentingemma #kidsbanking #mysticalbank

Emma Street shared this🇹🇷 Ep6 The Apprentice - Turkey!! We LOST! 👀 Was I even in this episode… apparently not from the edit!! Here are my bits below and why I wasn’t at risk of being brought back to boardroom 👇👇👇 £££ Costs!! I was on the sub team where we were in charge of the costed elements for the event. 🍽️ FOOD - There was some discussion on buying less portions than guests… to share portions and save on cost. I emphasised this was TOO risky as we did not want hungry guests at sea! Anisa & Jonny came around to my line of thinking (after physically splitting portions on plates & showing how this would not fly!!!) 🍷 DRINK - I was breaking down the cost per person against the proposed ticket price the sub team were looking to achieve with the corporate client. I ran through our cost per head and what that looked like with 3x €60 bottles of wine purchased. Alas, Anisa was firm on controlling costs and was seeking just water for our guests. I persuaded to at least go for unlimited soft drinks, but did feel I lost the battle for wine… :( 🍷 🍷 Guests arrive to the boat… and we get another option to buy wine (this time at €70 a bottle, which was only $1 more cost per head). I start persuading to buy wine again, with many team members afraid of the cost of this, again. After breaking down cost per head and the profit margin we were at, Chisola also agreed as PM that we should buy the wine (relief!!) ***I think the hesitation was due to the shock at how much wine was being charged for per bottle - pretty sure it cost €6 from the local shop!** ⛴️ On the boat, our sub team nailed the cooking and the guests gave us a round of applause ✅ Sadly, what the clients were SOLD versus what was delivered, just didn’t meet their expectations. 🧐 What you didn’t get to see… is the initial morning meeting in more detail! It was the client’s birthday celebrations, so I was pushing for high end ticket price and high end offering (re food & drink) so that they could celebrate in style on the boat. The PM went for “middle tier”, which is where we went for controlled costs, but what was sold sounded much more high end! 40% refunds :( #bbc #theapprentice #lordsugar #lordalansugar #theapprenticeuk #presentingemma #emmastreet #apprentice2025 #presentingemma

Emma Street shared this⭐️ The story of University DROP out to BOSS of £1mil+ projects & Candidate on BBCs The Apprentice Series 19 ⭐️ 😊😊 If you’d told me I’d be here today, I wouldn’t have believed you. Perhaps I always knew I’d carve my own path.. 🤔 😰 At 16-18, I was juggling school a 32-hour workweek as a hotel receptionist—pushing myself to earn AAB at A-Level’s alongside this. I took to the traditional university route, until I realized it wasn’t for me… 🫡 I pivoted, securing a spot at one of the worlds largest Technology Consultancy’s, on their Business Management Degree Apprenticeship scheme (out of thousands of applicants) and achieved rapid career progression in 5 years: ✅ 6 promotions in 5 years—fastest in my manager’s time ✅ Led projects with budgets increasing from £100K to £1M+ within 3 years, with my team tripling in size ✅ Ranked top 15% of performers, year after year ✅ Drove £1M+ in sales across multiple industries ✅ Earned a First-Class Business Management degree & Chartered Manager status 👀 You might know me from BBC’s The Apprentice, where I was selected as 1 of 18 candidates from 80,000 applicants—but this is just the start… for more is to come! 💬 After watching many inspiring individuals share their stories during National Apprenticeship Week, I was feeling inspired to share my journey. I took, what felt like, one of life’s biggest risks to drop out of university & switch to the “newer” degree apprenticeship route. 💥 It was the BEST decision I ever made 💥 👇👇 Please share your Apprenticeship stories below, or get in touch if you want to know more 😊 @apprenticeuk @bbc @bbciplayer #bbc #theapprentice #emmastreet #nationalapprenticeshipweek #opentowork #careergrowth #leadership #apprenticeships

Emma Street shared this🍫 EP5 - Easter ed as the new Father Christmas or the new Easter Bunny??? 🫤 🤔 🧐 🙈 This is a classic example of two sub teams trying to align on The Apprentice 🙈 I went into pitch prep with the branding sub team (I was on the monstrosity that was egg decoration..) Discussion heavily moved to the branding side discussing Christmas and opening the pitch on the vision Easter Ed would be the new Santa Claus for Easter. Honestly, I was a bit baffled! I thought… OH, we’re the new Santa Claus for Easter? I didn’t feel this was clear from our packaging nor branding. Hence my challenge + interview here 👇👇👇 Do you think the vision and the branding came across well? 🤓 #bbc #theapprentice #lordsugar #lordalansugar #theapprenticeuk #presentingemma #emmastreet #apprentice2025 #eastered #fromouterspace #messyegg #presentingemma #groupwork

Emma Street liked thisEmma Street liked thisGreat to see the momentum building around Copilot across local and regional government. What’s really standing out isn’t just the technology itself, but the practical impact it’s starting to have day-to-day in helping teams move faster, reduce admin burden, and focus more time on the outcomes that matter most to residents. Whether it’s supporting social workers with case documentation, enabling planners to analyse data more efficiently, or helping leadership teams get quicker insights to inform decisions, Copilot is quickly becoming a valuable companion across a range of roles. For many councils, this is less about “AI for the sake of AI” and more about unlocking capacity at a time when resources are stretched and demand continues to grow. I really like this graphic showing the range of AI products and services which can suit so many scenarios. There’s still plenty to learn, and every organisation is on its own journey, but the direction of travel is exciting and AI is becoming a key enabler of more responsive, efficient, and citizen-focused services. #LocalGovernment #PublicSector #Microsoft #Copilot #AI #DigitalTransformation

Emma Street reacted on thisEmma Street reacted on thisEnergised to have delivered the opening keynote this morning at the Unified Frontier Exchange in London - exploring what it really means for an organisation to become an AI Frontier Firm, and how Microsoft Unified brings the Intelligence + Trust story to life. A few key points I shared on how Unified helps customers make that leap: 🔹 Intelligence + Trust as one motion - Unified brings architecture, security and governance together so AI can scale without trade-offs. 🔹 From use case to architecture with confidence - proven reference patterns, hands-on build support and Customer Zero learnings shorten the path from idea to production. 🔹 Govern through Trust - security, compliance and observability red thread across our product portfolio, so AI agents and Copilot adoption stay safe at enterprise scale. 🔹 Real outcomes, real customers -accelerating cloud, AI transformation and resilience, grounded in fireside stories from organisations already on the journey. A fantastic turnout of UK customers - thank you to everyone who joined the conversation. #MicrosoftUnified #FrontierFirm #AI #CustomerSuccess Huge thanks to Adam Payne and Yeliz for making it happen and to the organising team and speakers. Emma Street reacted on thisEmma Street reacted on thisFarewell 👋 And just like that, it was time to say goodbye to Berkeley Group Plc and start a new chapter. Moving from Kent into the London market was a huge step for me. From selling the village life to city pace, it pushed me well outside my comfort zone, both professionally and personally, but I’ve loved it. During my time here, I had the opportunity to help sell out our flagship development Prince of Wales Drive in Battersea, marketing homes from £800k to £5.275m while supporting the launch of Regents View in Bethnal Green with homes ranging from £540k to £1.460m, and work alongside teams that delivered over 70 exchanges across changing market conditions. More than anything, this experience has engrained the importance of strong relationships, consistency, knowledge, and clear communication. I’d like to thank Karrina for the opportunity and the passion and hard working team members that supported my journey as well as the agents who played a huge part in closing some fantastic deals. I wish you all the success in future. I’m ambitious about what comes next, and I’ll be sharing that soon. Onwards and upwards 🥂

🌥️ Transforming Healthcare Through the Power of Microsoft Azure Cloud - We recently partnered with East Sussex NHS Healthcare Trust, to accelerate their cloud-first strategy—and the results have been nothing short of transformative. 🚀 💡Together, ANS Group and the Trust have unlocked the reliability, scalability, and advanced capabilities of Microsoft Azure, enabling a new era of digital healthcare delivery. 🚑 One standout achievement? We helped build a Shared Care Record system from the ground up in Azure. This powerful solution provides clinicians with a single, unified view of a patient’s journey across healthcare providers—empowering better, faster, and more informed decisions at the point of care. ☁️ Through our Cloud Centre of Excellence (CoE) service, ANS has supported the Trust in delivering complex systems and projects that would have been out of reach due to limited internal capacity or expertise. From infrastructure to innovation, we’ve helped turn vision into reality. 📈 The result: Improved clinical decision-making and better patient outcomes—all powered by the cloud. 🔗 Learn more about how ANS is helping NHS organisations modernise and thrive through digital transformation. Mark Molyneux, Field CTO, North Europe at Commvault highlights why an overwhelming majority of UK business leaders now see the Chief Trust Officer as a key C-suite role to address rising AI risks, cross-border data rules and persistent cyber threats. Trust is moving from a soft ideal to a central strategic responsibility, with firms arguing that a single leader is needed to align security, governance, crisis response and reputation management. My generation opened our first bank accounts with high street banks, because our parents did. Our kids will bank with digital challengers, because ‘they just work.’ Traditional banks used to win lifelong customers through trust - they’re now losing customers on digital experience. Revolut’s banking licence puts more pressure on traditional banks to adapt digitally. A web stack that takes weeks for ideas to go live isn’t built for youth acquisition. Webflow allows marketers to tell their story at the pace a digital, AI-first world expects. I wonder how the UK banking scene will respond to the Revolut news…

ME Business leaders are investing in AI — but what if your teams aren’t seeing the benefits? Our ‘Work That Works’ report reveals a clear divide in UK SME workplaces: 🟣Poor automation is cutting team productivity by up to 50% 🟣Yet, just 28% of employees are using AI tools weekly 🟣And only 43% of leaders feel confident in their team’s tech skills 🟣While AI ranks last in perceived productivity drivers for employees 🟣Employees using AI regularly rate their productivity 17% higher The gap is real and it’s costing you. But it doesn’t take a full tech overhaul to fix it. ✅ Start small ✅ Build clarity and confidence ✅ Create a culture where tech works for people, not around them 👉 Download the full report and unlock AI’s potential where it matters most: your team https://lnkd.in/gWyCAKuK

The UK is strengthening its defence capabilities, but lasting transformation won’t come from technology alone. It depends on people. In his latest piece for techUK, Alf Franklin, our Head of International Public Sector, highlights why closing the UK’s digital skills gap is now mission-critical. From hands-on experimentation to open source collaboration, he outlines what it will take to build a workforce ready for modern threats. A great read on why people, skills, and technology must develop together when it comes to delivering secure, scalable digital capability. Read the article: https://gag.gl/d3bcrQ
